I cannot accept VISA or Australian cheques, but in order to avoid Bank exchange rates I am prepared to accept Australian bank notes to the values indicated, as I'm bound to be over that way again, sometime.
Owners requesting copies of booklets are requested to include engine number and letters, frame number, and if possible gearbox number, of their machines and spares in order to further assist with my researches into Triumphs production of the individual models. (All info. kept in the strictest confidence.)
More booklets are being produced; each covering a different Triumph model, group of models, or a period of Triumph's history.
Each print run is limited in order to keep costs down and depending upon demand there could possibly be a short delay in sending.

`The Triumph Story’ in ‘The Facts’ Series of A5 booklets:
With 19 booklets written covering ALL Triumph models from 1901 to 1934 (less the 1934 Val Page machines) I have finally made a start on what I have wanted to do for many years - write the definitive story of Triumph, right from Siegfried Bettmann’s birth through to the end of the original company in 1940.
In order to maintain the same format as the other 19 booklets I am producing these in the same A5 size and keeping costs as low as possible. Needless to say these reveal much previously unpublished (or even discovered!) information, along with previously unseen pictures.
While including mention of the various Triumph models produced over the years, primarily this is the story of the people behind the Company and the social events which influenced Triumph management on what they would produce, and when.
The first five parts are currently available with the final part to follow.
Part 1 - 1863 - 1906 From Siegfried’s birth through the difficult early bicycle years to motor cycle assembly and Triumph’s own production machines. It includes the various initial companies and manufacturing facilities at London and Coventry. A$20-00
Part 2 - 1907 - 1912 Sporting years, and Triumph’s reputation for quality and reliability spreads. Rumblings of internal conflicts! Introduction of the “Trusty” name. A$20-00
Part 3 - 1913 – 1919 Into the war years and the introduction to a new name, who will eventually bring about Triumph’s downfall. A$20-00
Part 4 - 1920 - 1928 Post war depression and new problems for Triumph. Financial troubles and the bike which brought Triumph back from the brink. Cars! A visit to Agents in India. New colours.
A$20-00
Part 5 - 1929 - 1934 Totally new ranges of motor cycles and cars. A look inside the Coventry Works. The Great Depression. Siegfried Bettmann resigns. A$20-00
Part 6 - 1935 - 1940 Under development. The motor cycle business changes hands, but Triumph cars continue - into liquidation!
