 History of the Two-Day Rally

2011 Two Day

Saturday 30 April/1 May 2011

Long course Start: Club rooms, first bike away at 08:01. Please leave your car/trailers up at the Tonkin Highway end of the carpark

Short course Start: Yarloop, first bike away at 09:31. Please leave your car/trailers behind the Steam Museum

All competitors can avail themselves of overnight motorcycle parking at Bridgestone Tyres, Busselton

We may be able to move your start time and your speed before the race.

The rally number is sticky, as in previous years, for you to affix onto the front of your motorcycle. It won't hurt to bring blue tack/cable ties in the event of a mishap. Bring tiedowns, in the event that your motorcycle needs to be loaded up.

Long course riders will leave exactly an hour later from Busselton, on day 2, than their day 1 start time.

Short course riders will leave exactly an hour earlier than their day 1 start time, on day 2.

Lunch break on day 1 will be at Donnybrook, day 2 lunch break will be at Pinjarra.

GPS and other electronic navigation devices are not permitted. Competitors who turn around, or put their feet down within sight of a marshall , will have their times recorded from the time of these actions. The results will be posted up for a period of scrutiny, during which time competitors may lodge an appeal. After the (nominally 4 hr period) times have been taken down, the results will be deemed to be final.

Tea and coffee will be served for all competitors at the Club rooms on Sunday afternoon.

Will the 2010 defending champion, Don Fawell, retain the coveted "yellow jacket"?

The Organising committee wishes you a pleasant run!
